Warhammer 40k - How to strip paint off miniatures - for less then $20.00 bucks

Hey Mates!

Got a tutorial I wanna share on stripping down models, that you want to repaint.

Why, repaint models you ask?

Most repaint a model cause they dislike the way the model looks, in most cases you buy models from someone else and don't like the scheme.

In my case the models, I am stripping down in this thread are some of my earlier space marines. My skills have gotten considerable better and I feel is time to start reworking some old models that cost quiet a bit of money.

Eldar Jetbikes (and Fire Prism) Done!

Fayte here!

I took on a fairly crazy project (well, one with kids and a job) to paint two Farseers, nine jetbikes, and one Fire Prism (and touch up another one).

It was a pretty crazy project to say the least. I spent the better part of my free time over three weeks to get it all done, and I can say that I got 99% of it done! Go me!

More after the jump.

Painting Lord of the Rings - Urik Hai

 Hey mates!

I had a opportunity to play a old/new game. The Lord of the Rings gamesworkshop table top game.

Got to play three games total, in our local group we have a huge Warhammer 40k group, a small Flame of war group and now a group getting together to play Lotr. I originally wasn't that interested in playing cause who needs another tabletop game right!? Thankfully one of the guys that got me into warhammer 40k is heading up Lotr, so he has every army and is letting people test out the game.

Space Wolves Update - Fenerisian Wolves

Hey Mates!

Started working on some wolf puppies for the Space Wolves.
I will likely do 30 fenerisian wolves and 12 thunder wolves.

The force am putting together right now will have 24 Fenerisian Wolves. 8 Thunder wolves, 20 wulfen and 20 Grey hunters in pods.

Got a few lists will be doing so this really is just the tip of it all, as is custom in warhammer 40k.

Here are some comparisons,

So I started off pretty basic, with just using hand brushes and doing alot of dry brushes. I went this route to be able to show the difference to myself going by hand vs using the airbrush.
