The Bio
Outside of the online gaming world, my name is Danny I am a Gaming Pastor, I am also a husband and work two jobs.
My full time job is as a Manager for a company that provides supports for people with mental disabilities. My job is to handled the clients budgets and schedule their staff supports for each day.
My second job is as a concealed carry instructor, pretty fun job very flexible hours.
Yes, that makes me a Gaming, Gun toting Pastor!
I was first shown warhammer 40k by Fayte " Alex " in his house two years ago. He showed me the models and talked passionately about the painting.
A year later I found myself in my local game store browsing the roleplay section and looking for a group. Ended up walking into the backroom and found a crowd of guys playing Warhammer 40k in all its glory. Full tables, great models all painted, high quality terrain to works.
Ended up sitting there chatting with the guys known as The War Hogs for three hours. I learned that The War Hogs was a local gaming group that played in the ITC tournament scene. Very hardcore gameplay, but also super open and fun loving.
Present day, am a member of The War Hogs and travel to tournament just like the rest. Have grown a huge passion for the game and for the hobby portion. After lots of practice, reviewing tutorials, reading books and plenty of trial/error I feel am an above average painter. Have won a few awards for my painting at tournaments.
Immaterium Painting is me and Faytes side project to share our work with the community in a more formal capacity.
