Here are some YouTube locations I go to for painting videos.
WarhammerTV - Solid painting videos, they do a good job of explaining layering and such. You can get alternatives of paints they speak about.
Buypainted - He does a lot of simple airbrushing and tons of brush work. I learned a lot from him. He's a bit difficult to understand, but you get used to it.
Eons of Battle - These guys have a ton of howto's on basing. They've gone quiet over sometime but can really show off some work.
Next Level Painting - Kenny does some great work on models and pretty fun explanations of them as well. He is heavy on airbrush, but makes it simple and teaches things on blending and standards.
Lester Bursley - Excellent work from him and he's slowed down on his video releases as well. But some cool techniques you can use no matter what.
Painting Buddha - These guys are at a whole different level of painting. Amazing work, and some of the best in the business!
